House of Fries was started with the idea to elevate the typical Jersey Shore Boardwalk Fries to new heights. We achieved that by using the freshest Idaho potatoes we could find combined with our proprietary blanching process.  This allows for us to serve the crispiest fry the Seaside Heights Boardwalk has to offer, complimented with your choice from our wide variety of dipping sauces and special seasonings.  Our menu also includes some other great offerings like our HOF cheeseburger, our crispy fried chicken sandwich and our variety of ice cream soda floats.  We are now serving our French Fries AND Breakfast at our new Ortley Beach location located at 1960 Route 35.     

Fun Fact: Each Summer we go through roughly 40,000 pounds of potatoes at our Boardwalk Location alone!
